Henbury Sport & Recreation Club is an 18-hole grass greens golf course located only three hours from Sydney. The course backs on to the Capertee Valley and Wollemi National Park. The course provides a habitat for a variety of native animals and birds.

The club maintains two tennis courts as well as facilities for snooker/pool and darts. We offer limited free camping space for self-contained caravans (no powered sites or tents), we have a level gravel parking area overlooking the golf course. We offer use of our toilets during opening hours. Across from the course is an Olympic size swimming pool and a walking/cycle track to Rylstone and Charbon.  As a small not-for-profit club, Henbury is a valuable community asset with a dynamic social scene, with everything from Live Music and Karaoke nights, to crazy themed function nights!

Henbury Golf Club is definitely one of NSW’s best kept golfing secrets. Social golfers are welcome to the course seven days a week, regardless of size or standard of groups.

The official golf program runs from the beginning of March until the end of November. Tuesday mornings is a mixed competition (everyone welcome).  A relaxing nine-hole “Chicken Run” is held each Wednesday throughout the year. The Henbury Veterans (men over 55 and women over 50) organise a Stableford Event on the second Tuesday every month. The Veterans’ Open is in March, and The Henbury Open and a 4BBB Stableford event is held in October.  Visit our Facebook page to find out what’s on at the Golfy!
